​The Counseling Brothers of Atlanta, Inc.: A Recognized Provider by the National Board of Certified Counselors for Live Event Delivery Format.

The Counseling Brothers of Atlanta has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7349. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are identified. The Counseling Brothers of Atlanta is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

The Counseling Brothers of Atlanta, Inc. is committed to providing professionals with high-quality continuing education (CE) programs. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise that may require participants to cancel their registration or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for processing refunds and cancellations.

Cancellation by Participant

The Counseling Brothers of Atlanta does not offer refunds for missed workshops or cancellations. You may have opportunities to attend another workshop within a year of your scheduled workshop. No refunds will be issued. Substitutions are encouraged and may be permitted (all substitution arrangements must be made no later than five days from the cancellation date via email or by filling out the Contact Us form). The Counseling Brothers of Atlanta does not offer refunds for registrants who do not attend the workshop.

 

The Counseling Brothers of Atlanta will not be responsible for any change/cancellation charges assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agencies. Note that circumstances beyond the control of The Counseling Brothers of Atlanta may necessitate substitutions, alterations, or cancellations of the workshop. The Counseling Brothers of Atlanta offers non-tangible, irrevocable services; we do not issue refunds for services rendered.

ADA Accommodations

The Counseling Brothers of Atlanta, Inc., is dedicated to ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in all our CE programs. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we provide reasonable accommodations to participants with disabilities to ensure their full participation in our events.

a. Requesting Accommodations: Participants who require special accommodations should contact The Counseling Brothers of Atlanta, Inc. at least two weeks prior to the event. This will allow us sufficient time to make the necessary arrangements.

b. Cancellation due to Lack of Accommodation: If a participant finds that we are unable to provide the necessary accommodations after a request has been made, they will be entitled to a full refund, regardless of the cancellation timeframe outlined in section 2.

c. Feedback and Concerns: We welcome feedback on our accommodation efforts. If you have suggestions or concerns about accessibility at our events, please reach out to our designated ADA coordinator at atlantacounselingbrothers@gmail.com.
